It probably won't surprise you that the most common New Year's Resolution is to exercise more. Regular physical activity can lower your blood pressure. It can also improve your cholesterol levels. Yet 80-percent of Americans don't exercise on a regular basis. One reason may be because doing too much too soon can leave you with too many aches and pains.
