Sideras is charged with possessing child pornography. His trial was supposed to start last week, but according to court papers, the defense has asked for another delay.
This time it says because large amounts of new discovery material was just given to the defense which they say they were unaware of.
Sideras' attorney, Leo Flynn, says it needs to be investigated and sent to forensic experts in Arizona and there's no way they can get that done in three weeks.
This is the third delay in Sideras' trial. No new date has been scheduled.
