Sunday morning brought another round of rain to Sioux Falls and southeast KELOLAND. This is an area that's been getting hit with rain for much of the month.
Let's use Worthington as an example. For the month of May, Worthington has received 3.01" of rain. That's 210 percent of their average for the first two weeks of the month. There's been only three days this month without measurable rain in Worthington.
200 miles northwest of Worthington, in Aberdeen, it's a different story.
Aberdeen has only received .08" of rain or just six percent of their average through the first two weeks of the month. It's just the opposite of Worthington with the Hub City only having three days with measurable rain.
There's both good and bad in the forecast. The good is there are rain chances for those that have been skipping out; the bad is more rain is on the way for areas that are trying to dry out.

When talking about rain this month, it's quickly become "the haves and the have-nots." Over a relatively short distance, there are big differences.
