We have a mild start to the day in much of KELOLAND, but low clouds and fog issues will continue in the east. Here are the latest dense fog advisories.
FutureScan starts the day with low clouds along and east of the James Valley. Sioux Falls could start clearing after 3pm, with more clearing trends tonight and tomorrow across the region.
Here's a closer looks at just low clouds and the timeline to expect.
Highs still look good in the 50s, with a few 40s in the northeast.
Tonight should clear with northwest winds at 5-15 mph.
Tomorrow will be cooler in many areas, but sunshine will feel better for those that have been cloudy.
Warmer weather returns on Thursday. Look at Rapid City...65 in the afternoon! Note the stronger south winds during the day...15-30 mph.
Friday still looks mild with upper 40s to lower 50s, but winds will turn to the northwest.
A little rain could fall Friday, but most of the 7-day forecast is dry. Highs will be a little cooler this weekend, but 40s still look likely.
