Winter weather headlines are back for western KELOLAND tomorrow. You can see the areas highlighted in yellow with the potential for more than 6 inches of snowfall. Snow cover is still having a big impact on high temperatures. These are the numbers from yesterday.
FutureScan looks quiet and clear today, but low clouds, fog, and drizzle will develop in western SD tonight. East winds will cool temperatures tomorrow, especially as more clouds develop East River.
Highs today look great. A few spots will be in the 60s!
Tonight will be cooler, with lows in the teens and 20s.
Tomorrow looks cooler with the wind. 50s are still possible in the far south ahead the next storm.
You can see the storm track on Friday. There will be a rather sharp cut-off to the rain and snow late in the day into Saturday morning. Sioux Falls could see some impact, so stay tuned to the forecast. Another storm arrives in the region by Monday.
Unfortunately, much below normal weather could dig into KELOLAND next week.
