It contains only A2 proteins, as regular milk has both A1 and A2 proteins. People who find regular milk hard to digest say this is good news.
But the National Dairy Council says, at this point, A2's claims are purely theoretical and not backed by any scientific research. However, the dairy industry says it welcomes innovation and promoting consumer choice.
