A popular beer and wine bar in downtown Sioux Falls will be closing its doors, but plans to reopen at a later date.
Prairie Berry East Bank says the new location will feature its wine selection as well as Miner Brewing beer. But the company has not announced where it will be moving, saying that the news will come at a later date.
The business explained that upcoming changes to alcohol laws in South Dakota spurred the move. A new state law will require alcohol sellers to manufacture their product onsite in order to make off-site sales on products such as bottles of wine and beer.
Prairie Berry East Bank will be open at its current location until Saturday, April 28. For more information, visit the business's page on Facebook
